It was a good walk from the inn to the ruins, but after a solid night's sleep and a tasty breakfast inside her, Ceraline wasn't going to complain. It had rained before they left and didn't seem likely to again in the immediate future. She had cast endure elements spells on them so the day's heat and humidity wouldn't be a problem. She and Laurewen had packs on their backs, stuffed with empty sacks as well as food and water.
     Laurewen had also donned a chain shirt she'd purchased in Sigil before they left. It wasn't as light or strong or beautiful as elven chain, but it did the job. Hung

It's not the Clonies, It's the TARDIS. She has a knack for taking the Doctor where/when he needs to go as apposed to where/when he WANTS to go, so why not do the same with the Clonies?
